Guest guest
Hi all, Well, I've been musing on Zane's allergy testing which shows him highly reactive to almost every (common) kind of meat, but only slightly reactive to milk or wheat (I know, I know, the theory is that their intolerant, not allergic), and I just started wondering, why do we see the kids who benefit from avoid milk protein (casein) and grain protein (gluten) not also need to avoid meat protein?? Does anyone know why dairy and grain are the major culprits here? Z has not responded to the gfcf diet, and I'm trying to see which areas of foods that we may need to eliminate, without ending up on the " water " diet.
