teenager with fatigur/insomnia

My 17 year old daughter has been complaining of difficulty sleeping, falling

asleep, stayung asleep, and fatigue. I took her to the family dr. will do blood

work, but question the posibility of this being mito. so if her blood work is

fine. where should i take her? we live in western Michigan. I don't want her to

be seen in my town, no mito docs here. Don't want her to be seen by adult

neurology as there seems to be more pediatric specialist from what i here. don't

knowhere to start. Any Drs you all can suggest? Thanks susan .o
