Where to find list of symptoms of infraction?

Is there a list somewhere that would tell what to expect if a dietary

infraction has occurred? My friend's son (20 months GFCF) was given ice

cream at school. He has had bowel and bladder problems, and suffered a

seizure. She would like something to bring to the school, I think.?
