Your Dr can prescribe you chewable prenatals....The ones I took were called

*smart start*...they induced more nausea so I said heck with it and started

taking a regular pill. Im pregnant with twins so I found a pill that has all

the iron and folic acid I need all in it so Im happy. I just couldnt imagine

chewing another one of those darn pills!
