, Hi, I have been 100% successful in maintaining this diet for 1

year now, and have acheived great results with my son. He also has

allergies to additional foods which add to additional planning in all his

meals, but it is definetly worth all the time and money that I put into

this.

My son is also on a baseball team and I take all beverage with me - Capri

sun has no artificial colors or preservatives either, so I usually take

that or mini waters. At the end of the year there is a party at trophy

day, I just find out if its hotdogs or heros and I bring LJs special

ones.

In school if they are going to have a Happy Meal Party or anything the

teacher always lets me know ahead of time and I send in LJs special

burger and fries and drinks. Mcs will give you all the clean

wrappers you need for each product so that you can duplicate the meal./

Burger King< s, all the fast food places here do.

I have limited my social life to only the places I can go so that I can

easily accomodate my son,

We go to movies and I bring my own popcorn, beverage, etc. I just had

let the manager know so that no one said anything for me bringing in a

bev. of my own and all.

Yes, its tuff at times, but in the long run it really is easier because I

have a son who is greatly responding to this diet. Also it gets easier

and easier to me as I learn more recipes, discover more products, etc.
