Bleeding at 13 weeks

Just wanted to let everyone know that I will not be on the computer

for a few days, I'm only on today because Danny with his eagle eye

went to work and I have the opportunity.

Yesterday morning I woke up with some slight cramping, but I didn't

think much of it, just thought I was hungry. Then I started to

bleed, so I called Danny and we went to the doctor. He said I lost

my mucus plug prematurely for some reason, and to be prepared that

this pregnancy might end in miscarraige in the next few days....he

also said that sometimes this problem resolves itself, that I should

stay on bedrest until I see him again next Wednesday, that the plug

could regenerate between now and then, and all will be ok. He did an

ultrasound, and saw a striong heartbeat, and he seemed reassured by

that, so I'm staying optimistic. Sadness hasn't really hit me yet,

I'm still clinging to the hope that if I take it easy, that it'll

all be ok. I am going to school tonight since I have two tests to

take, but for the rest of the day, and this weekend, I'm not leaving

the sofa or the bed for very long at all. I just wanted everyone to

know, because I need all the good thoughts and prayers I can get at

this point. Keep us in your thoughts, and I'll email everyone on

Wednesday after my appointment and let ya'll know how it goes.
