Ken......(you must be tearing your hair out!) So...we make a note of when we put

our pics up....then after a year we take them down and we can't put anymore up?

This is to let people who haven't got pics up have space for theirs????

We only have 30 meg of space for photos. Some photos take up more

than half a meg. Most are about 125K bytes. So you can see the

problem I am trying to resolve is how do you get as many photos as

possible posted with only 30 meg of space.

made things worse. If you are confused about other stuff, well I may

be able to help but you'll have to write me.

Hi Eileen,

Nope, no notes needed, the date posted is listed along with the photo

name etc. You can add and delete photos as often as you wish.

I just arbitraliy set a limit of a year for any single photo because

I figure that if it hasn't changed in a year that person has probably

left the list or is no longer active and they forgot about the photos

So I can look at the posting date, check the membership list and if

the person is gone, I will remove the photo.

Please keep in mind these are not hard and fast rules. I am just

trying to establish some guide lines so we can have as many different

photos as possible. Right now, given our current storage limit, we

can get about 240 photos in the photo section. So that would mean

about 60 people can post 4 photos each out of 450+ members on this

list.

I hope this makes things a little clearer.
