Hi All,

I heard lately that blue crooss insurance company pays for the

shoes. I am new in USA and it is my first time to deal with

insurance companies. So could anyone help me or guide me how to start

contacting them and what documents are needed, specially that we have

paid all medical treatment from our own pockets.
