I heard that the Carob and Chocolate (made using alkali, not vinegar)

were okay, but not the other kinds.

Lynne,

Their Vanilla only , Carob only , and Chocolate only are OK. Only these

flavors or GF/CF. For example: the Carob Chip is not GF/CF, it should just

say Carob. See the reply from @ Imagine below.
