Guest guest
I went to PT for rehab. of shoulder following surgery for torn rotator cuff. It took longer than normal to accomplish the same, but I was able to make progress. I think the important thing is to be able to control the reps depending on your energy level. I found that my home program was better if done in several small bits instead of all at once. I got it down to a routein that I did certain things after a potty break, after eating, etc. Good luck, laurie > My neuro wants me to go to PT for about 6 weeks for energy conservation > techniques, range of motion etc. I went for the 1st time on Tuesday. Guest guest
I also went to PT, but did not have successful outcome. The exrcises caused my lactic acid levels to increase. I would try to follow others advice of small reps rather than doing exercises all at once. Good luck.
