Guest guest
Hi Pat, So glad I found this group. and almost had the same birthday--'s is Dec.26. He was full term, weighed 4#7oz. and was 17 inches. He has missed the G-tube so far but was hospitalized with silent reflux and not eating at around 1 1/2 months and that is when his RSS diagnosis was made. My Lane has a G-tube for liquids but handles baby food and table food fine. I have 3 grown daughters. My oldest,Cherie, remains single and teaches distance ed at a gifted school in a nearby town where she lives. Her nieces and nephews are her children. (She is treating me to a trip to Hawaii on her spring break). My middle daughter is Crystal and mother to the two children I have custody of and to another girl who lives with her dad. She has quit drinking since Lane has been born so is doing MUCH better. My baby daughter, Misty(26 years old) is mother to and 4 mo. old . She got her degree in elementary education in Dec. 2001, just before was born and hasn't even had time to think about working. Her husband is a sergeant on our local police force and is head of our SWAT team. They are very dedicated parents, for which I am so thankful. Lane is up from his nap. Thanks again for your support!! Enjoyed meeting you. Grandma Fran
