URGENT - I have one change with regards to the email about transferring your

child's medical records under Dr. Harbison to her new hospital.

If your child has been seen by Dr. Harbison in NEW YORK, then you follow the

steps I wrote earlier. This is because the letter that has been approved by and

shall be monitored by the Cornell Dean's office is for patients seen at New York

Hospital-Cornell only. Please follow the steps that I wrote earlier.

If your child has been seen by Dr. Harbison ONLY at the convention (and never in

New York), and you would like Dr. Harbison to have your updated email address,

you can still email her at mdharbis@ med.cornell.edu but please plut " RSS-SGA

Email Update " in the subject text. But because she saw your child only at the

convention, it is my understanding that those files would be able to go with her

anyway....
