Guest guest
Hi. I also had a pretty tough time at night. Smaller meals, watching the grease & eating even slower helped. Plus, I try to have some wheat melba toast & a lil cheese on hand. The most troubling symptom I've had is what I call 'waves' of exhaustion--- one moment o.k. & the next totally wiped out. Totally bizarre, esp since GBS equalled having boundless energy, lol. Btw, I'm 2 years, 4 months post. WlsMomma 10 weeks,1 day---yay! > I know it is normal to be nauseous but this is absoulutely horrible. > I throw up after I eat like I am dumping. It is mostly after dinner. > I had my surgery 10/02. Anyone have the same things happen and what > did you do to help?
Guest guest
Oh my gosh girl!! I was about to post on the same thing. I am nauseous 24/7. I made some low carb french toast this morning.....got 1 piece down and then it came right back up! Sucks~! It was the first actual bout of throwing up...but the rest of the time it is a constant feeling like I am going to throw up....MAJOR tierdness and SORE boobies. LOL I pee ALL the time and to tell you the truth I am misserable. I am a martial arts instructor and I had to actually stop teaching alot of my classes cause I just couldn't handle it. I will be 9 weeks in a couple days so I am the same as you. My doc is giving me a prescription that is supposed to help with the sickness...also the nurse said vitamin b6 is supposed to help. Plus LOTS of H2o. My blood levels came back great so it is not WLS that is causeing this......just Junior. But we all know it is worth it in the long run. Just trying to stay positive.
