Sun, heat and guidelines to follow...

Hello everyone.

I just have aquick question about being in the sun and heat. We have a pool at

our apartment and my son always wants to go swimming. What are the guidelines

for me being in the sun (watching him) and being pregnant? I am NO sun

goddess... haha I am so white and actually get very restless just sitting

there! I am on the quest for a swimsuit so I can cool off in the pool too but

what are the guidelines so that the baby doesn't get overheated while I am

watching my son play in the pool?

Thanks in advance. I will ask my doctor too at my next appointment but I wanted

to see if any of you had anything to add!
