Guest guest
Laurie, Not enough rest and fluids may be the key to my swelling now that you mention it. I had the swelling come back for a while last week. I had not been drinking my usual two 20 oz bottles of water at work (that is all the water I drink--I know not enough). I also was not drinking my usual 3 or more glasses of skim milk during the evening but was drinking diet mountain dew. Was staying up till midnite or so and up at 6:30 am and working till 4:30 pm with an hour drive home. I slept alot this weekend and drank alot of water and milk so am feeling better now and the swelling has gone down. Plus I have more energy. I was really dragging last week--on Friday during my lunch break I fell asleep in my car and slept very deep for 1/2 hr till my friend woke me up. Janet Sample Re: Re: feet swelling Thanks for the info. I am on BP meds, but they don't seem to dictate the swelling. As long as I get enough rest and drink enough, I rearely have swelling. laurie > I too have suffered with leg and feet swelling.
