You all seemed doubtful about making it because of cross-contamination issues. Well, if you are concerned about cross-contamination than you probably shouldn't be buying it(ghee) in the store either. The process is going to be the same either way. It would probably be BETTER if you made it yourself because than you can have more control over it and know exactly how it is made. Now...I personally haven't tried this recipe yet, but I appreciate the person who posted it, and I'm willing to give it a try. So far, it sounds like the best alternative out there when considering gluten, casein, or hydrogenated stuff. This just might be the answer, and if my child has a reaction to it, I will certainly write back and let you know. Ali We've been on the diet since middle of January.
