As you may all have guessed from my other posting today, about the GFCFkids diet

survey, I have had too much of everything on my hands for a while. My strategy

with the general listserv mail has been very robust:

On bad days, I do nothing, and just let it accumulate automatically in the

GFCFkids inbox.

On better days, I search this inbox for my name, and if I don't find it, I

delete everything. (If anybody wants to catch my attention and have my comments

to a specific problem, just make sure that the question gets posted with my name

in it, and I'll see it 99% of the times)

On even better days, I search for " survey " and " discouraged " as well, before

deleting.

It's no more than two or three times a month that I scan through the mail

manually.
