LOL, I think your right....nothings safe anymore. Kidding aside, my son was

high in Antimony (plus a bunch of other metals), but this one can come from

things that have been treated with flame-retardant chemicals. Some kids

clothes (mainly p.j.'s), new mattresses, etc. I read a post on the

Aut/Mercury list that someone said these gases are released and hang about

4-5 inches above the mattress. Just about where a kid can suck more crap

into their lungs....(not good for a kid who obviously can't detox this stuff

on his own).....so, I'm hoping the allergen cover will help. I asked the

salesperson when we purchased the mattresses recently if they make them

without all the chemicals, big fat " No " was the answer.....(sigh). I'm so

busy trying to get these damn metals out and you're right, it is very

discouraging. Hang in there though, didn't mean to be the bearer of bad

news.
