I was dying for some tortilla chips, so I made the Gluten-Free Tortillas (pg. 136 of Special Diets for Special Kids) and then cut them into triangles, arranged them on a cookie sheet, sprayed them with cooking spray, sprinkled sea salt on them and then baked them at 350* for 10-15 min. They're awesome! (well, I'll admit, if you can eat the store-bought ones, you shouldn't try this :-), but we loved them! Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
