Guest guest
Dear Witold and Dorota, I just wanted to welcome you to the list serve, and encourage you to post any questions you might have. and Kim did a GREAT job providing you with a place to start. Remember that everyone here started out in the same position as you are now, knowing very little. We've all had to learn so that we can help our kids battle the complications of RSS. Even here in the USA, there are not many Drs that understand RSS. My grandson, , was born full term, weighing 3lb 5oz, and measuring 15 " long. Feeding him, as an infant, was a nightmare, and by age 8.5 months we had to resort to the placement of a g-tube. Our first year was the hardest. He was frequently sick, and in the hospital. is now 26 months of age, weighs 20lb 7oz, and measures 29.4 inches long. He is doing much better this second year, and has made great strides in all areas of development! It does get easier with time and age. Once again, welcome. You have found a wonderful site, with lots of informative, caring people to help you out. Take care, Pat (g-ma to , RSS, 26 months, 20# 7oz, 29.4 " , Prevacid, Singulair, GT)
