Guest guest
OK guys, Help me before I slit my wrist (figuratively). I just got the results of my son's IgG ELISA test. Yes, he tested sensitive to wheat, rye, oats and cassein. We've been off these for months. The problem now is that he is also sensitive to egg (no problem), peanut (there go the PB&J sandwiches), plum, tomatoes (there goes ketchup), brewer's yeast and ..... here's the problem ... RICE, POTATOES and CANOLA. He's been living on rice bread and potatoes as a major food group. I thought he was sensitive to corn but it was the canola oil I popped the popcorn in. I know someone recently was talking about being GFCF and rice-free. I kept thinking " That poor mom. How does she do it? " Now I'm saying " How does she do it!!!!! " I need suggestions. We still have millet, sorghum, soy, and bean flour. I need recipes please. Once the shock of this wears off I'll figure it out. After all, do I have a choice? Any help would be appreciated. I need suggestions for school lunch other than sandwiches, I guess. J A
