Guest guest
I figured fair warning was called for. After all, not everyone wants to read about gross day glo poop. So, yeah, we've been gfcf at home for a couple of weeks now, and his school said they were complying and providing gluten/casein free breakfast and lunch. Except that on Sundays he had one formed poop, and weekdays we're talking about several liquid, foul smelling and weird colored presents per day. The past two days have been the worst, since apparently he didn't fully digest onions, corns and peas (separately, not all in one diaper). My question is whether I should be looking at whether this is related to compliance issues or whether I should be looking for another culprit (soy, corn, etc)? We're going to be packing his lunch from now on so that if it's that the cafeteria wasn't living up to their " Oh of course we can handle allergy issues " , it'll be taken care of. --Sharlene
