yeast die-off/ gas and cramping?

Hey all:

I started Ebony on the Acidophilus plus after a three day prescription of

Diflucan on Sunday. She has not been sleeping good at all. Last night and

this morning, she has had crying spells. She just sobs, tears streaming

down her face, unconsolable. I don't know if she is just overtired or if

she is having gas pains or cramps. She normally has very loose and frequent

bowel movements and yesterday we didn't see anything. She has very foul

gas, though.

These are my questions....

Should or could I give her some gas medication (maybe the infant gas

drops?)? Has anyone else seen this? When should I start to worry if she

doesn't have a bowel movement? Like I said, normally we see two to five per

day.

I feel so bad for her. She just seems absolutely miserable and there is

nothing I can do for her to make it better. I do not want to stop the

acidophilus, though. She definetely needs to address her yeast overgrowth.

Please let me know what you all think I should do for her!!
