Guest guest
Hi a, So glad to see that you are FINALLY out of the hospital. That was a long stay at Club Med. My body couldn't tolerate Neurontin years ago when I found out I had Mito. I wonder if Lyrica is manufactured and has the same additives as Neurontin does?? I am still thinking about using the Lyrica. I do have a lot of peripheral neuropathy. Let me know what you decide on the Lyrica. I hope they were able to find some kind of combination of drugs to help with your migraines. Thinking of you.... Hugs, Ann-Marie Ann-Marie, During this past hospital stay, my neurologist suggested changing from Neurontin to Lyrica. We didn't make any changes yet, as we were to busy with med issues in the hospital, but he wants to pick this discussion back up at my follow up appointment. Sorry I don't have any experience with it, but I do know that my neurologist is starting to use it in many patients for neuropathy. Guest guest
Ann- Marie, Hi! I will let you know what happens if I decide to switch to Lyrica. I am not sure at this point yet. No, we have not found anything to help with the migraines at this point. I have my " textbook " migraines under control with the Neurontin, so I don't want to mess that up. We have not found anything to help with the prevention of the ones that go along with my stroke like episodes, but are finding out more issues, besides the migraines, that are telling me that a stroke like episode is going to happen, so that is progress, in some ways. Take care. Smiles, a On Wed, 18 Jan 2006 00:14:08 -0500 " peetie " peetie@...> writes: Hi a, So glad to see that you are FINALLY out of the hospital. That was a long stay at Club Med.
