Thank you everyone for understanding. I knew you would & I needed to

get it off my chest. It's not so lonely now (tho I'm still crying a

little).

Thanks for all the great suggestions. I'll recommend the enzymeaid.

I had already offered to meet with her at home and go over some basic

grocery store foods. I've talked about taking advantage of sales &

joining our glutenfree co-op. (Individual orders aren't practical as

we live in Hawaii & it's super expensive. I'm very jealous of you

guys who get bakery items shipped to your homes.) I've lent her

books in the past and continue to provide any new info that comes

along. She has lab tests confirming the gut problems. I provided

the gfcf reinforcers for her ABA workers & helped her get gfcf school

meals. Etc. I gladly do this for any parent who asks.

But while I try to accept & understand the attitude, I, like M,

cannot view the diet as too hard. It was too hard to see my child

suffer. It is pure joy to do all I can to restore him to health.

You are so right . I thought it was much more harder and heart breaking

to see my son the other way than the way he is now. I always wonder why I

do this diet and so many others don't. It's so hard at first but look at the

great investment you get after those first initial months.
