? re: Eating out/social situations

I've started and re-started this diet with my 7-yr-old son. I

understand it takes 21 days for the milk protein to fully leave your

body. So far, we haven't made it 21 days straight yet!! What are

your suggestions for those social/eating out situations? Like going

to a baseball game? Like Sunday School program treats at church?

Pot luck dinners? I'm so tired of doing all I can at home (which

seems SO hard anyway) and then having to start all over because of

some party at school or treat given at church, etc. Does this mean

we have to take food with us wherever we go? What do you take? Is

anyone 100% successful in maintaining this diet?

Sorry, I'm just battle weary, I guess.
