Guest guest
I just had to share this, that only y'all can appreciate- Today is my nt daughter's 10th birthday, and she wanted me to come eat lunch with her in the school cafeteria (a very loud and chaotic place!) Brett was supposed to be having ABA at the time, but his tutor had to cancel today, and I had to bring him with me. I was expecting it to be sheer hell, with Brett refusing to sit, crying, and generally horrifying his sister. BUT he was WONDERFUL! I packed his lunch in his lunchbox, and he sat next to her like an angel! He even said " Hi " and " Bye-bye " to all the other kids. I am SO proud of him! Plus, as a bonus- Yesterday I took Brett and my 4 1/2 yo son to the mall. They have a little train that kids can ride in that goes around a track. The last several times we went, Brett loved to watch the train, but when I tried to put him in one of the cars, he screamed and refused to get in. Yesterday, he happily ran into one of the cars and sat nicely next to his brother. He loved it! He smiled and waved every time the train came past me! WOW!!! It just keeps getting better and better... Smiles, Sue
