i haven't been to the dr yeat, but today i ate,

4 oz of skim milk, two bites of scrambled egg with cheese and 2 peices of bacon

a chicken cordon blue (chicken breast with ham and cheese in it)

and a 1/2 cup of chicken stir fry and rice.

a glass of crystal lite iced tea, a half cup of water and two sips of coffee

that's a lot for me...and i've taken 4 flintstones vitamins

Tammy- I can't really be of help for your food intake, but we do share the

same due date. I have just VERY recently had my Gastric ByPass (02/23/04) and

this pregnancy was a total surprise. From what your list says, you eat very

well. Alot more stuff than I can yet. I am sure that everything will be fine.

Sounds to me like youa re getting enough in and as long as you are taking

your vitamins you should do fine. I was on a strict diet when i was pregnanct

for

the twins because of gestational diabetes and i ate about what you are eating

now for 1. If you can snack a little in between on something else good I

would say go for it but you are proabably okay as is. You can always ask a

nutritionist too. good Luck with everything.
