Guest guest
Tammy- I can't really be of help for your food intake, but we do share the same due date. I have just VERY recently had my Gastric ByPass (02/23/04) and this pregnancy was a total surprise. From what your list says, you eat very well. Alot more stuff than I can yet. I am sure that everything will be fine. Good luck Meridth Wife to Larry (02/22/02) Mother to Forrest (01/21/01) Expecting #2 02/14/05 Gastric ByPass 02/23/04 370/288pg/175 goalweight
Guest guest
Sounds to me like youa re getting enough in and as long as you are taking your vitamins you should do fine. I was on a strict diet when i was pregnanct for the twins because of gestational diabetes and i ate about what you are eating now for 1. If you can snack a little in between on something else good I would say go for it but you are proabably okay as is. You can always ask a nutritionist too. good Luck with everything.
