Cocktail Question

Have many of you decided not to take certain ingredients of the

cocktail if they don't seem to help? I'm trying them one at a time. So

far, I know the carnitine helps and it looks like the CoQ10 is good

for me but I'm staying on it longer to make sure and to determine the

right amount. But I wonder...if there other ingredients that don't

seem to help, can't they still have a preventive function? I mean, is

it possible that even if they don't alleviate current symptoms that

they could play a role in keeping the illness from progressing (or

from progressing as rapidly?).

Curiously yours,

Shayna
