Hi Kim! I live in Vancouver, BC, and couldn't find it in all the places

you'd expect, ie. Chapters, etc. Even Barbara's Books for Cooks did not

have it. I ended up ordering it from Amazon.com and it was delivered very

quickly. It was great because you could do it all with a computer and

credit card.
