Hi Cindy,

We were never told a specific weight-to-height ratio. Instead, what Dr H

seemed to be looking for with , was a flat-line in growth, while he

continued to gain weight. That was when she felt that he had completed his

caloric catch-up, and needed to begin GH to spur his growth.
