I would like to know if you could give me an idea of your daily

intake of food when PO and pregnant. I am seven months post op and 5

weeks pregnant and was told to change my intake to 1600 calories a

day and that is kinda hard for me. I would like to know if you could

give me a general intake you your food. Below is alist of what I

have eaten on a daily basis. If that sounds sufficient or not please

let me know where it needs attention. I would appreciate any help

possible. Thanks for your time and please have a jolly day.

Tuesday

1 piece toast

2 tbs peanut butter

Slimfast Protein Bar

1 piece cheese

1 banana

½ cup rice

½ green pepper

3 oz ground beef with tomato sauce

and paste

Coconut almond bar

1 piece jerky

¼ cup bbq beef

10 medium bakes fries

1/2 cup milk

Carb solution protein drink

16 oz decaf coffee with splenda

36 oz sugar free koolaid

14 oz water

Wednesday

1 cup cereal

1 cup milk

2 pieces steak nugget

Slimfast protein bar

3 ½ oz beef tips

1 cup lima beans

1 bag pork skins

16 oz decaf coffee w/milk

52 oz sf koolaid

Banana nut protein bar

1 stick beef jerky

2 pieces cheese

1 protein drink

Coconut almond bar

2 ranch avocado chicken soft shell tacos

W/ lettuce, cheese, and tomato salsa

Thursday

16 oz decaf coffee

½ cup milk

1 piece toast

2 tbs peanut butter

1 piece beef jerky stick

1 banana nut protein bar

1 protein drink

Coconut almond bar

20 oz crystal light

20 oz water

10 ritz cracker chips

6 oz ribeye steak

1 small corn on cod

2 ½ oz chicken

½ cup rice, potato, cream of

Mushroom soup

1 chicken soft taco with avocado

Ranch sauce with lettuce, cheese,

Tomato

1 nut protein bar

1 small plum

1 small banana

16 oz sf koolaid

Friday

17 mini frosted mini wheats

1 cup milk

1 banana

2 ½ oz chicken

½ cup casserole rice, potato, cream of mushroom

¼ cup sweet peas

1 cream cheese bar

2 chicken soft tacos

Lettuce, cheese, tomato

1 medium piece pizza with ham

Sausage, pepperoni

10 ritz chips

48 oz sf koolaid

1 coconut almond bar

½ small cantelope
