Guest guest
Are you on any sort of Vitamin B12 supplement? I am not pregnant but I am a WLS patient and I know what whenever I am feeling really tired it is because I am lacking on my B12 supplements.. Injections or sublingual's are best for WLS patients.. I take one sublingual B12 three times weekly.. Note: Make sure you get either injections from your doctor or sublinguals pills because we don't absorb the regular pills.. After about 1/2 cup of food I am miserably full. If the baby takes what it needs from me, where does that leave me? TIRED! I was out of work for two days because I'm so tired. Yesterday I tried to load up on protein shakes and ate when/where I could. This morning I'm still tired. Since 7am I've had a protein shake, applesauce and oatmeal. I've also got a call in to my ob/gyn's office. My next scheduled appt is 6/23 - but I'm hoping to either get in sooner, or get a call to relieve my mind. I just want to do right by my baby, and my health too. Anyone else been in this predicament? I'm a first time Mom and my husband and I want this baby.
