I am trying out a recipe and need the answers to a couple questions

if possible. 1, is agar gf/cf? If so where would I find it? 2. Is

there a difference between raw cashews and the shelled nuts I buy at

the store? 3. tahini , where do I find this and is it ok to use on a

gf/cf diet. Thanks for any help you can offer. I am really searching

for a good cheese sub and have now gotten desperate enough to make my

own.
