Fearn's Brown Rice Baking Mix

I was having trouble locating who actually mentioned this product,

but I wanted to give a thank you and recommend that if you have it in

your area, buy some!!! I bought this for the first time from my

HFS. I had not noticed it before because of the packaging (it's very

plain looking), but I went and bought some to try and it was

fantastic! It took 5 minutes and very few added ingredients (milk,

oil, eggs, honey) to make a delicious yeast free loaf of bread!

Where has this mix been all my (post-diet)life?! And to top it off,

it's inexpensive. My box costs $1.79. I am a fan, no need to spend

$11.00/lb. for xanthan gum because it's all in there!

Just raving....it's so nice when things work out!
