Whew!!! I finally did it! Figured I'd better take a few minutes

this morning (while the house is quiet and before I hit the kitchen

to start working on the deviled eggs and trifle for our family Easter

dinner tonight) to post some big bellied pictures.

So there you go... THings are getting rounder and rounder all the

time. I look at those pictures and my thighs are looking bigger

too ( which is kinda sad. Maybe its just my changing body

shape, 'cause I've only gained 2 lbs during my pregnancy (lost 10 lbs

the first 3.5 months, gained back 6 of those lbs, then lost another 4

lbs the past 2 months, go figure).

My OB says he wouldn't be surprised to see me walk out of the

hospital weighing less than I did when I first got pregnant. He

doesn't seem to be concerned about my lack of weight gain tho, even

with twins. The ultrasound measurements show that Aubree (girl's

name for the moment) is measuring about 2 days ahead of her

gestational age and Ethan (boy's name) is smack dab on target for his

age. He did insist that I up my calorie count since it looks like I

may be the one depleted, as the babies are growing just fine.

My pouch capacity seems to have gone back to its early post-op days.

Where, early in my pregnancy, I was able to take in around 6-8

(depending on density) ounces of food, I can now only take in about 2-

3 oz at a sitting and often times it takes me a full hour to eat a 1

cup meal. I do make myself eat what I should tho, 'cause not only do

I want to keep these babies healthy, I wanna make sure I can be in

good enough nutritional and physical shape to carry them as close to

term as possible.

Well... I'm off to read some of the posts before I get busy. I hope
