I never go to meetings anymore alone, after a year

long ongoing 'dispute' (I avoid the word battle,

because I didn't want tobattle them, I just wanted

what would work for my son!) over placement with the

school district.

I found this book:

The Complete IEP Guide -- How to Advocate for Your

Special Ed Child by Attorney Lawrence M. Siegel

(nolo.com) It's pretty complete, and also has

advocacy groups by state. Others I've referred to

this book have also liked it.
