Guest guest
We saw Dr. Herzenberg and he told us to join the nights only club! I told him we were going to be over cautious and do 16 hours and he was fine with that. He is aware that is what the Ponseti protocol is but feels Tommy is old enough to go to 12 hours. Still we are sticking to 16 hours! He did say he may still need another tendon snipping down the road as he feet only dorsiflex to neutral. But he said that may improve once he starts walking. I am so happy to have found this board and learn that we were receiving improper treatment and make the switch. There is no doubt in my mind that we were on the road to major surgery with the first doctor. PS: So funny that he crawls so much better with the bar on! He is really a spaz without it.
