,

Have you read Dr. Shaws book? My husband has it with him or I'd copy

what Dr. Shaw reccommends.

In a nut shell, he reccommends that you do a Anti fungal diet in stages.

Instead of telling you what you can eat, he lists things that need to be

eliminated such as gluten, dairy, condiments containing vinegar,

nitrites, high phenol fruits, mush rooms, nuts.. can't remember all of

them. Anyhow, you do this stage for about 3 weeks and if you don't see

big improvements, then you move on to the second stage. You try this for

3 weeks and as a last result you find yourself in stage 3 which is a VERY

limited diet. Dr. Shaw does explain that most people do not have to go

to stage 3.

If you have any questions, write back and I'll try to have the book with

me when I answer.

One thing that we really found helpful is to eliminate or extremely limit

all fruits except fresh berries. is doing so much better without

all of the natural sugars.
