NMR Stealing your own records

This is an interesting story, I've heard of cases where patients are

denied access to their records and have to go to court to get them, but

this lady took it a step further. I think the woman didn't understand

that if you just take the records off the desk during business hours,

it's still stealing (her excuse was that she thought the place was

still open, door was unlocked)...
