I am so very sorry for your loss. I had 6 miscarriages before we had our son

almost 5 years ago.

Yesterday...

I miscarried again! I was admitted to the hospital yesterday morning at 5am. I

spotted just a little on Thursday at work. When I left work, I came right home

and went to bed. At 445 in the morning, I got up to go to the bathroom and I

started bleeding a lot. Got to the ER and the did an ultrasound which showed the

baby stopped growing at 8 weeks (I was 10 weeks by dates). By the time the ER

had transferred me to L&D for a D&C, I had passed a big portion of everything,

but unfortunately not everything.

My friend Peggy was my nurse (I was suppose to work with her this day)...

The procedure went well...and about 10 minutes out of the OR I was up to the

bathroom and feeling better.

I am of course very sad at this outcome...but, I am also very at peace knowing

that God has a plan for me, and this just wasn't meant to be at this time.

One good thing that has come out of this is that I was worrying about what to

do with my moving/finding a new doctor/finding a new job. I had worked out a

plan with HR at my job to take a leave of absence and then a medical

leave...just in case...

NOW, I can give a termination date...and just move. My husband will be home in

67 days, and we will leave about a week later...so needless to say I will have

plenty to do in the next few months...

thanks for listening to my long story...I am going to go to no mail for a

while. I will be busy working and packing. I will try to read messages as much

as possible. You are all in my thoughts and in my prayers...
