I WANT TO SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

saw Dr H the week of Thanksgiving at which point she said he

was ready to start GHT and she would take care of the paperwork. By

the time January rolled around she still hadn't done the paperwork

and I was calling her office every day (poor Ydira).

Anyway, I guess they pestered her enough because she finally filed

the paperwork. I got a call from Single-point-of-contact who will be

supplying the GHT. They sent us a 30 day free started supply and

told me that they deal with the insurance company so I don't need to

do anything.

I called them yesterday to find out how they are doing with the

insurance and was told that my insurance wanted additional tests and

that Dr H was contacted. Here come my screams:

1. Why didn't anyone call ME?

2. I know these tests were NEVER run.

3. Dr H has called nobody back and is leaving on vacation

4. Because we are not yet approved, the supply company will send us

more GHT but not syringes. I need a prescrition called into the

pharmacy which no one at Dr H's office will do until they talk to

her. But, see point #3

5. I called Dr H's office twice today and the idiot answering the

phone (not Ydira) told me both times that she would speak to Dr H

when she was done with her patients - when, at midnight tonight?

I am really worried that the insurance company will deny coverage

because Dr H's office was too busy etc. to take care of whatever it

is that is needed. I need to know if more bloodwork is required so I

can have it done.
