HELP!!! How to keep screws on bar?!?!

Livi is back in the FAB- she has figured out how to unscrew the bar

from her shoes. She wears the markells with a 10 " gold bar. It also

loosens itself when she's wearing it and crawling/cruising around the

house.

Any suggestions on keeping them on tight? Don't say tape - it just

intrigues her more! HELP!!!!!
