" Are you saying that sorghum flour will substitue cup for cup for a lot of wheat recipes? Xanthan Gum would still need to be added right? What about subing it for rice recipes? Is there a cookbook (besides the GF Gourmet, I'd rather not purchase the garfava flour) that I can get that uses sorghum flour? Thanks!
