Where is a safe place to buy hazelnuts and pecans in bulk? I am looking to

make homemade nut butters. Can I do this with a food processor? Also, which

of the above is usually easier to digest?

Hazelnuts are easy to digest IF you get the skins off, which can be

So, if you can get blanched hazelnuts or if you have the time to

blanch them yourself, then go for it.

Thank you everyone for the help. I think I might just stick with the pecans.
