Guest guest
Has anyone tried making the Pizza Crackers? They are a perfect crispy snack if you can use cow cheese. Slices of Jarslberg cheese cut into 1-1 1/2 inch pieces. Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. I dampen both sides of the paper slightly with a wet cloth. Sprinkle on oregano and add a tine bit of tomato juice to each. Bake at 350-375 F for 12 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool and peel from paper. Carol F. Guest guest
Carol, I love the recipes you list. Even if we're not ready for them yet, I copy them and keep them in recipe file for later. Thanks for the extra effort it takes. I appreciate it. Colby SCD 19 days

The Tine brand is very good for us, tasty, slice thin and digestible. http://www.tine.no/intprod/4812/ Here is a photo of the Tine distinctive label. it comes in chunks or slices. I get mine at Costco but you can contact Tine to see if it is available in your area. Carol F.
Guest guest
Yes, it's a brand of swiss cheese. It's very good; more flavor than the usual swiss in the cheese aisle. Supermarkets carry it and I bought a big package at Sam's Club recently. Patty > What is Jarlsberg cheese?
