Does anyone know of a legal prepared Dijon mustard or a recipe? I

want to try the hamburgers in the Grain Free Gourmet. Maybe there is

a recipe in the book, but I don't have it yet.

Thanks.

Whole Foods sells one. I've been using regular, legal mustard, with some

very dry white wine mixed in. Pretty good.

Take care, Fay

Thanks, Fay.

Offhand, do you know the name of the brand or is it their signature

brand? It would be good if I could find it a little more local...the

nearest Whole Foods is 40 min away. Not that that's a cross-country

trip or anything, but if I can find it around the block...

Thanks again,

Mel

I don't think it's a store label - IIRC it starts with an O. Carol F.

mentioned it once. Take care, Fay
