" Grapeseed oil, like most oils, when heated undergoes a molecule

change that is carcinogenic, never use for cooking... "

Aaaack! I've fried several things in this oil over the last month or

so... I just stopped last week for no particular reason, other than I

liked the flavour of the organic expeller pressed sunflower oil I

bought at Whole Foods.

Ummmm - dare I ask what nastiness I may have inflicted on our entire

family?

Lynn - Mommy to Cameron 3.8 (ASD)- SCD day 47, and Mia Jean 19 months

old (severe milk protein allergy and as of Monday completely SCD)
