Guest guest
Hi all. I have an opportunity to get a free food processor and would love one for grinding my own pecans into flour, etc. The food processors I may choose from are these: KitchenAid 12-cup Cuisinart Custom 14 Stainless Steel (has 14 cup work bowl) Cuisinart Prep 11 Plus Which of these can any of you recommend (or warn me about)? Thanks! Nannette, IBD, SCD 6 months daughter, , 14yo, autism, SCD 6 months BTW, my " non-verbal " said " thank you " quite audibly the other day when I presented her with her bowl of raisins. And she hasn't had a self-aggressive moment in a very long time. Self-aggressions were frequent and heart-breaking before SCD. Now we only see them when she's had a food that she doesn't handle well, and then they're mild compared to before. It seems that every time she has such a moment, that very day, a problem food is discussed on this list and we realize she has eaten that food for the first time, or in a great quantity. (IMHO, you all are a means of divine intervention!) This group has been a huge blessing for figuring out our 's GI needs. Thank you all for taking the time to share your thoughts and experience about what works and what doesn't for you and your families. You are daily blessing our family by helping to bring back our little girl to us. And she's such an awesome kid. Even virtually silent, she speaks her mind and heart in a million ways and they're a beautiful mind and a beautiful heart! Thanks for helping us free them!!! It's easy to use, easy to clean and very handy for food prep. Carol F.
