I had posted about the sugar free, nitrite free bacon that I found on this

website. It is made at a small farm and it sounds like the pigs are well taken

He e-mailed me back the same day and said the ingredients are: Salt, Honey

Powder, Cinnamon and Clove. I know I need to get this on paper, but before I do

this, is Honey Powder legal? This sounds very tastey.

It depends on if the honey powder contains starch. I'd be wary!

Hi ,

Given our experience with s in New York I'd be very careful

with this bacon. s said simply Honey and Salt with their bacon

on their website.

At first the s employee said " no its a honey powder not actually

honey " Then asking further.... " it also has corn starch in it... "

I'd be very careful here with Honey Powder. Maybe its just that. I

hope it is. I know how much Ella liked Bacon and its quick and easy

snack.

Ella now eats the costco Prucuitto that says Pork and Salt and Carol

confirmed it to be legal.
